Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of gameyantra.com, its browser games, and its mobile apps. Purchases and features within mobile apps may also be subject to the terms of the store through which the app is distributed.
Using the service
You may use GameYantra for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not disrupt the website, bypass security controls, interfere with other players, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a manner that harms its operation, or use automated systems to manipulate gameplay, rankings, advertising, or analytics.
No wagering or prizes
Unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise, GameYantra games are provided for entertainment only. Virtual scores, game currency, achievements, and locally stored progress have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or property. The website does not offer real-money wagering.
In-app purchases
Some GameYantra apps (for example, Tuftly) offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads or unlocking additional items. These purchases are processed by the app store through which the app is distributed (for example, Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies. Virtual items and in-app currency have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are licensed to you for use within the app only. Except where required by law or by the app store's policies, purchases and virtual items are non-refundable.
Multiplayer conduct
When multiplayer features are available, do not harass other players, impersonate others, exploit bugs, cheat, or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful material. We may restrict access to protect players and service integrity.
User-created content
Some GameYantra apps (for example, Tuftly) let you create your own content, such as drawings or designs. Anything you make with these tools belongs to you, and we claim no ownership of your creations. You are solely responsible for the content you create and for anything you choose to share or export from an app, including any titles or text you add.
When an app lets you share a creation, it typically passes the file to your device's own sharing tools so you can send it to an app or contact of your choice. We do not host, review, publish, or distribute content you create, and we are not responsible for how any third-party app or service you send it to handles it. You must not create, share, or export content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that violates the rights of others. You use these features, and share what you make, at your own risk.
Local saves and availability
Some browser games store settings, achievements, or progress on your device. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, storage eviction, or changing devices can remove that information. We do not guarantee that local saves can be restored. Features, games, and multiplayer services may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued.
Intellectual property
The GameYantra name, site design, game code, original artwork, text, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Traditional game names and rules may be public or independently known; our specific implementations and original presentation remain ours or are used under licence. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Third-party services and links
The service may link to app stores, advertising providers, analytics services, multiplayer infrastructure, or other websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean GameYantra controls or endorses every statement or product on the destination.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free gameplay. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GameYantra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date. Questions may be sent through the Contact page.
