About the game

Pinochle uses a 48-card deck containing two copies of Ace, Ten, King, Queen, Jack and Nine in every suit. Score through meld combinations and cards captured in tricks.

How to play
  1. Win tricks to earn the right to declare melds.
  2. Use marriages, runs, arounds and Pinochle combinations to score.
  3. After the stock is exhausted, follow suit and trump when required.
  4. Capture Aces, Tens, Kings and Queens for counter points.
Game modes

Two Player: traditional draw-and-meld Pinochle against AI.

Four Player: partnership Auction Pinochle with bidding, passing and team scoring.

Melds and scoring

Runs, marriages, arounds, Pinochle and Dix score before or during trick play depending on the selected mode. The first side to reach the configured target wins.

Tips
  • Protect combinations until you can declare them.
  • Track both copies of important trump cards.
  • Save control cards for the strict final phase.
  • In partnership play, use bidding and passing to strengthen your team.
